The movie is all about four people and how their lives got changed, rather than saying four people, it would be good to say that all that Johar wanted to convey was four different type of relationships in the story.
Ranbir Kapoor aka Ayan is a person with the confused character he lives in a world of his own. The story starts with a narration by Ayan himself. He is a successful singer now and offering an interview. Alizeh aka Anushka Sharma is dream girl of every man; she is an energetic, effervescent and insanely crazy girl. But as you might had guessed from the trailer, Fawad Khan aka DJ Ali had broken her heart, and she is not able to be in own senses anymore.
Then there is the entry of lady in the house, Aishwarya Rai had recently suffered a breakup with her husband Shah Rukh Khan (Cameo role), they met each other during a flight and got cozy with each other. Aishwarya killer dialogues and Ranbir’s irresistible flirtiness are just next to awesome. Ranbir is still in a relationship till then.
The movie is excellent in many stands, first of all, Karan tried to control many old fashioned things in the story. Secondly, the story is entirely new; the concept is fresh, and you can easily get in love with. There are many scenes which take more than expected time during the narration, which is a big negative. It ‘d be nice if there is pure passion in the film. As ADHM is going to present to the Indian audience, the charm of love is very much limited.
